Najd 2 is the smallest and most exclusive phase of the Najd series: 28 townhouses in Al Rimal, Riyadh, positioned for direct views over Wadi Tanhal, one of the district's most scenic natural features.

Layouts come in three- and four-bedroom configurations. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and each home includes a private balcony or terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop garden overlooking the valley. Interiors follow the contemporary Italian design used across the series, with large majlis and living areas, multi-use rooms and private outdoor space at ground level.

Because the phase is capped at 28 homes it is the quietest and most private of the four. The trade-off is availability: when these sell, there is no second release, and buyers who miss out are pushed toward the larger apartment phases.

The location does a lot of the work — roughly 10 minutes to King Abdulaziz Equestrian Field, 13 to King Fahad Security College, and 15 to both King Khalid International Airport and King Fahad Stadium.
