Najd Four is the fourth and most ambitious chapter of the Najd series, conceived as a residential resort rather than a conventional compound. It sits in Al Rimal District on Khuzam Road, close to Roshn Front Mall and the EXPO 2030 site — one of the fastest-growing corridors in Riyadh.
